Castle Austerlitz, or in Czech Slavkov u Brna, was the scene of the Battle of the Three Emperors.

Grill

Our grill is built in the original oven which is the dominant feature of the Scullery. We are able to grill a piglet, various poultry, žíváňská jehla, or pork joint on the grill.

Napoleon Room

The Napoleon Room is another part of our Castle Restaurant. The entire room is decorated with paintings and objects related to Napoleon.

Kounic Room

This is a baroque hall with rich stucco decorations complemented with ostentatious crystal chandeliers. The dominant features of the baroque hall are paintings of the Kounic lineage.

The Scullery

The Scullery will impress you with a historical atmosphere where the nobility used to enjoy various cuisines. This part of the restaurant is especially popular with foreign tourists.

Wine Gallery

The Wine Gallery is the pride of our Castle Restaurant. The wines are stored in hand wrought cubicles and this is also where degustations take place.

Official Opening

The official opening of the restaurant’s operation took place on March 26, 2009 on the occasion of commencing the castle’s season. On this occasion, those who were invited were able to taste wines from the Wine Gallery. We also prepared a bountiful bash and smoked rump with a plump sauce for the connoisseurs. The entertainment was taken care of by a cimbal band and an all-pervading friendly atmosphere.
